What are the age groups?

The age groups of our day trips are Juniors: 5-7yrs old, Tweens: 8-10yrs old, Seniors: 11-14yrs old. We understand that sometimes friends want to be in the same group or perhaps siblings want to stay together, this is not a problem and we will do our best to cater for this. Sometimes it may be required that travelling together may be needed but each age group will have their own dedicated nannies and be arranged into their groups accordingly upon arrival of attraction

What is the ratio of staff to children?

All our trips are run on a 1 to 3 staff to child ratio to ensure the high standards of VIP Trips for Kids

How many days can my child go on a trip?

As many days as you wish! We will be happy to send you an itinerary with various attractions for as many days you require

What if my child's choice of attraction is unavailable?

We will do our best to accommodate their first choice of attractions. All attractions are subject to availability and some are weather dependent. Please see our 'Terms & Conditions' for further information. *Remember that our day trips are not exclusively about the attraction but also about having a nanny service that allows your child to socialise with other children and have memorable day trip*

What if I already have a Nanny?

Not a problem, your nanny is more than welcome to join us on any of our day trips. Our nannies will be pleased to have them onboard our trips and will involve them in all the fun. Please inform us of this so we can include it in your quote

Where will my child eat?

In the morning we always aim to have a break at a cafe nearby for a drink and a snack. At lunch, we aim to go to a fine dining restaurant in-keep with our luxury experience. Beforehand, we will send you the children's menu so your child can see if there is something on the menu they like, otherwise, you can advise us on what they prefer and we can pre-order it at the restaurant. Please note: sometimes logistically for our trips it is not always possible to eat fine dining such as a trip to Legoland etc. but we will be discussing this with you to cater for your child dietary needs

What if my child has dietary needs?

We are very conscientious to ensure all children with dietary needs are catered for on our trips. Our nannies are highly experienced in being vigilant when a child has any allergies

What's your cancellation policy?

We regret that prior to seven weeks before the trip we cannot issue a refund. This is due to entrance fees being booked in advance to ensure enough places are available for all children. All cancellations are dependent on the policies of our trade partners and venues. Please read our 'Terms & Conditions'
