2: To confirm a booking, as a child’s legal Guardian or Party Leader you accept the following terms and conditions on behalf of any child/children you enrol onto a day tour with VIP TRIPS FOR KIDS LTD. and will be our sole point of correspondence and contact.
3: Please read them carefully as they set out and explain the responsibilities and obligations undertaken by all parties when booking with us..
1: Once full payment is made you will be allocated a place/places on the particular trip and a confirmation emailed to you. This is your confirmation of booking. This should be printed and saved for own reference.
2: We accept no responsibility for incorrect email or inability to deliver email. If your confirmation does not arrive on time or at all, then you must ask us to resend the email confirmation of the tours you have paid for.
3: All bookings will be confirmed by email.
4: We reserve the right to sell any places reserved without full payment.
5: It is the responsibility of the passenger to check the accuracy of dates booked upon receipt of their travel documents.
6: Insurance- VIP TRIPS FOR KIDS LTD. is covered by Public Liability Insurance.
7: There is no travel insurance cover included in the price of the ticket.
8: We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance cover for cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal baggage, money and public liability before you travel. You may not be accepted as a VIP TRIPS FOR KIDS LTD passenger unless you have arranged satisfactory insurance. We accept no responsibility for the theft, loss or damage to personal belongings from at any time during the duration of your childs trip.
1: Cancellation of your booking must be in writing or by email to VIP TRIPS FOR KIDS LTD.- email@example.com. When written notification has been received by VIP TRIPS FOR KIDS LTD a fee of £30 pounds will be levied to cover administration costs.
2: You are entitled to a full refund only if you give us 60 days notice of your intention to cancel.
3: If you choose to cancel within 60 days before the start of your tour, no refunds will be granted. You can choose to change your tour departure to another date (subject to availability). Permission to do this up to 4 weeks before departure is subject to a £30 pounds fee and is entirely at the discretion of the VIP TRIPS FOR KIDS LTD Management.
4: If the reason for your cancellation is covered under your insurance policy, you may be able to make a claim under that policy.
5: Trips already booked can not be cancelled and rebooked where special offers are made available. This applies to any other special offers that may be available.
6: We regret that prior to two weeks before the trip we cannot issue a refund. This is due to entrance fees being booked in advance to ensure enough places are available for all children.

1: Any refund which has been agreed with the management of VIP TRIPS FOR KIDS LTD will be processed within 28 days.
1: We reserve the right to change our typical itineraries at any time and at our discretion. As professionals we will endeavour to avoid this and if this is necessary, we will substitute alternative arrangements of comparable monetary value.
2: We reserve the right to alter our itinerary in the event of happenings outside the control of VIP TRIPS FOR KIDS LTD. This includes any unforeseen circumstances, weather restrictions, lack of numbers to run the trip; in order for VIP TRIPS FOR KIDS LTD. to run a trip it is necessary for us to have a certain number of children attending the trip. In the case of low numbers we will look into alternative means of transport.
3: We are constantly striving to make our trips even more brilliant than they are perceived by many to be, therefore should attractions open or become open to us, that we feel will enhance your experience of our beloved motherland then we reserve the right to include these in your best interests.
4: We reserve the right to decrease the price of our tours at any time.
5: At certain times of the season our fleet may not be large enough to accommodate all passengers. In such an event we reserve the right to contract quality private motor vechiles to assist us in carrying passengers. In this case the standard of the vehicle will be equal. We will endeavour to avoid this situation.
6: We reserve the right to launch amended brochures in the public domain at any time.
1: It is your responsibility to ensure your child meets their trip at arranged points. Because of the nature of the service, VIP TRIPS FOR KIDS LTD. will not be liable if any service leaves or arrives later than its specified time. VIP TRIPS FOR KIDS LTD. will endeavour to ensure that departure and arrival times are met and we ask for flexibility .
2: Your appointed VIP TRIPS FOR KIDS LTD. Nanny may need to make a decision in the interests of safety. It is a condition of bookings that your child complies with the authority and decisions of the appointed Nanny of VIP TRIPS FOR KIDS LTD. If they do not comply with the said representative and are not compatible with the general enjoyment and well being of members of the tour, we reserve the right to refuse to allow your child to continue with the tour and the parent/carer will be asked to come to the current venue and collect their child, it will not be the responsibility of the Nanny or driver to bring your child to you. In such a case we will not be liable for any refund, compensation or any additional costs incurred by you. We cannot accept liability for the behaviour of others on your tour nor if any facilities are curtailed as a result of their actions.
3: If a child is sick in the care of VIP TRIPS FOR KIDS LTD. we have the right to ask you to collect your child from the venue your child is currently at, continue with the trip and the parent/carer will be asked to come to the current venue and collect their child, it will not be the responsibility of the Nanny or driver to bring your child to you. In such a case we will not be liable for any refund, compensation or any additional costs incurred by you. We cannot accept liability for the behaviour of others on your trip nor if any facilities are curtailed as a result of their actions.
4: If your child needs emergency care they will be sent directly to the appropriate medical service and you will be contacted immediately.
1: All of our trips depart Pick up times and Drop off times are approximate and dependant upon London traffic. It is important to be at the pre-arranged pick up point on time as if there are any delays as it has a knock on affect to the day’s itinerary.
1: You must inform us in writing of any medical condition your child has that requires attention or medication before your trip commences.
2: All medical forms and permission forms must be filled out, signed and returned to VIP TRIPS FOR KIDS LTD. before the day of departure.
3: During the trip photographs and films may be taken of your child (as part of a group) and these may be used in our Group brochures and/or advertising and publicity material without obtaining any further consent or payment in respect of such photographs and/or films – we will send a permission form prior to departure this must be signed and returned to VIP TRIPS FOR KIDS LTD.
4: When you book with us, you accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid at the time direct to the accommodation owner or manager or other supplier. If you fail to do so, you will be responsible for meeting any claims (including legal costs) subsequently made against us as a result of your actions.
5: At all times children must show courtesy and respect to our driver/guides and more importantly the other trip members. Failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave the trip at the management’s discretion.
1: In the highly unlikely event that you may wish to make a formal complaint against VIP TRIPS FOR KIDS LTD. Please inform your allocated nanny at the time. If the matter cannot be resolved immediately or during the trip after the Nannies best endeavours to do so, your complaint should be made in writing to the director of VIP TRIPS FOR KIDS LTD. Tracy Whittington-Email: firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone: 079828237390 as soon as is reasonably possible after the tour, but within 30 days thereof so that your complaint can be investigated. VIP TRIPS FOR KIDS LTD. will not consider any claims after the 30-day period. You will be assured of respect and courtesy whilst your complaint is being dealt with.
1: Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for weather conditions. No ticket can be cancelled or amended by you at any time on the basis of weather conditions. We accept no responsibility for weather conditions that may affect the delivery and implementation of our itinerary and will always find an alternative indoor venue
1: The booking conditions detailed herein contain the entire contract between you and VIP TRIPS FOR KIDS LTD. No representation, term, warranty or condition can be expressed or implied by reference to any other writing, advertisement or conversation. This contract may only be varied in writing by a duly authorised officer of VIP TRIPS FOR KIDS LTD.
2: This contract and all matters arising out of it are governed by English Law. We both agree that any dispute, claim or other matter which arises out of or in connection with this contract or your child’s tour will be dealt with by the Courts of the English Law only. Changes to these Booking Conditions will only be valid if agreed by VIP TRIPS FOR KIDS LTD. in writing.
